Our PRINCIPLES define us
We maintain a high level of ethical conduct and integrity in our day to day activities through greater transparency and accountability in our work.
Our core values are:
Our HISTORY and LEGACY empowers us
We’ve seen the highest highs and the lowest lows in the Indian Market in our investment journey spanning over 4 decades.
We’ve learned investing in the right portfolios and businesses for large periods delivers results despite the rollercoaster the market is on. And as Paul Harvey would say,
“The only ones to get hurt on a roller coaster are the jumpers”.
We take calculated risks and partner with our associates for the long run.
Change is the only changeless law of nature. And we’re quick to adapt to market conditions and respond in order to secure our investments. We follow monthly reviews for asset allocations and invest in different asset classes and even diverse assets within an asset class.
We give significant importance to liquidity. Illiquid assets like RE, AIF, or non-tradable bonds, NCD, stocks form a very small portion of our portfolio and are favorably considered if reward adequately compensates risk. Over 75% of our portfolio is liquid.
We believe in a balanced effort to reward ratio. We recognize efforts but respect results that are growth oriented. It’s the only way to succeed.
